Now Accepting CD Pre-orders

Woo! You can now pre-order "Start Again Tomorrow" on CD so that it gets to you ASAP when it arrives on my doorstep. I can even fulfill orders to international customers - and the shipping, although more, is not unreasonable.

As a bonus, all CDs that are pre-ordered will be autographed (there is a place for instructions if you'd like it to be specific).

hi Benjamin, sorry to bother you but I just saw the shipping to Italy would be $12, so it doubles the price of the cd... isn't a cheaper shipping we can use? Thanks
